<\/span>Nous pouvons d\u00e9congeler, transformer et stocker de grandes quantit\u00e9s de poisson congel\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie. La cri\u00e9e dispose de plusieurs (grandes) chambres froides dont la temp\u00e9rature est strictement contr\u00f4l\u00e9e et garantie. Nous surveillons la temp\u00e9rature pendant tout le processus pour que le poisson ne d\u00e9passe jamais la limite convenue.\u00a0La d\u00e9cong\u00e9lation peut \u00eatre combin\u00e9e avec l\u2019un de nos autres services, comme le reconditionnement du poisson en bo\u00eetes ou en tubs.<\/span><\/p>\n
